The CAREC Health Strategy – 2030 provides a regional approach for tackling health risks in the CAREC region. It aims at enhancing regional health security by strengthening the health workforce development and coordination, surveillance and laboratory infrastructure, access to medical supplies and border health and access to health care for vulnerable groups. It will support increasing the capacity of countries to jointly tackle health challenges, allowing them to better cope with future health emergencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
