UNDP is one of the six multilateral institutions that support CAREC. It actively participates in institutional events, such as the ministerial conferences and senior officials meetings, as well as in sector coordinating committees\u2019 meetings.<\/p>\n

UNDP has provided assistance in formulating and developing economic and trade policies. It has initiated coordination with other regional organizations, such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. It also conducts trade facilitation\u2013themed workshops.<\/p>\n
